Porelogix Ultrafiltration Systems Announces Shipment of Lab System

Omaha, Neb. (04/06/2015) – Porelogix Ultrafiltration Systems, LLC announced the shipment of a mobile ultrafiltration system for the purpose of on-site treatment of produced water. Treating over 150,000 gallons of wastewater per day, Porelogix’s Mobile Ultrafiltration System will provide the producer a viable alternative to costly hauling and disposal fees. Developed over the past five years, Porelogix’s advanced Ultrafiltration Systems follow conventional and new emerging pretreatment technologies to provide ten times better post filtration compared to current technology used in the market. “Utilizing our unique system design, Porelogix systems have consistently demonstrated success in treating the most difficult wastewater streams. By flipping several of the key design variables, Porelogix systems have changed the paradigm of how these systems perform.” said Conor Campbell, founder, Porelogix. A costly byproduct of the hydraulic fracturing process, wastewater and freshwater management has been at the forefront of the shale oil revolution. Finding long-term sustainable solutions, while adhering to tightening regulations poses a complex problem for the industry. Porelogix along with its water service partners aim to solve this problem with multifunctional modular treatment systems.
